Refund/Rescheduling Policy

All deposits are non-refundable and will go towards your remaining balance that is due at your appointment. If you need to reschedule your appointment, you will need contact me at least 24 hours in advance to keep your deposit valid to go towards your remaining balance. You are allowed to reschedule one time with current deposit if contacted at least 24 hours in advance. You have two weeks to reschedule your new date or your deposit is considered a lost.  If you need to reschedule for the second time or, If you wait longer than two weeks from contact to reschedule, a new deposit must be paid. Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit will not be valid for re-booking. You must book with another deposit. Any weekend cancellations, your deposit will not be valid and must pay another deposit  to reschedule. Any no show or no communication, your deposit will not be valid for re-booking and must contact me before rescheduling.
